Business Continuity at Art Department During COVID-19

The Art Department has implemented the following series of measures aimed at keeping our employees safe and our business running smoothly during this unprecedented period of uncertainty.

These have been guided by the advice we have been getting from the UK Govt. the Scottish Govt. and the World Health Organisation and we will be monitoring all future guidance in case further action needs to be taken.

WORKING FROM HOME

The Art Department uses cloud-based technologies for all our operations so that our employees can work remotely when needed. As of Wednesday 18th March the majority of our employees will be working from their homes until further notice.

CONTACTING ART DEPARTMENT

If you need to talk to someone at the Art Department please email your project contact with a telephone number and a suitable time that they should call you. This will result in faster response times compared to calling the office.

FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS

In line with Govt. advice, we are no longer attending meetings unless they are of vital importance. Instead, we will be using video conferencing, telephone and email to keep you up to date on your projects.

POSTAGE

If you have items to post to us please check with your project contact to find out if that should be sent to our office or to their home address. For all general post - (invoices, statements, etc) that should continue to be sent to our office address.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

There will be no change to our working hrs during this period of uncertainty.

New enquiries

If you need to talk to someone at the Art Department about a potential new project and you don't know who to contact then please contact us here.

We hope these measures reassure you of our intention to continue our services to you with the minimum of disruption. Your assistance and understanding during these challenging times are greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards.
